"My car was due for service and I initially found the garage through a third party and booked online. The garage sent me an invoice via email within a few hours detailing the price and work involved. Once I signed the invoice to accept the quoted price I was locked in. I turned up at 9am when they opened and was met by one of the mechanics who directed me to a parking bay to leave the car. He then took me to see the manager who was a young guy called Mihai. Mihai was brilliant. Polite, attentive, friendly and honest. He told me they would let me know once the work was done. When it was time to collect my vehicle, the reception area light, airy, comfortable and had snacks and drinks available. Mihai informed me of further work that needed to be done and explained why it was necessary and did pressure me in regards to his garage completing the work. I told them I wanted them to do it for me and he got me booked in straight away. He is very knowledgeable and seemed upfront with beating around the bush. I felt like I wasn’t being taken for a ride. Incidentally, when I arrived to collect my car I asked Mihai for advice on my wife’s car, to which he instructed one his mechanics to come and have a quick look, before telling me what the issue was and giving me advice on the best course of action. Again, he was very friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic when talking about his trade. I would use Spectrum again and recommend them to anyone looking to get mechanical work done on their vehicle. The car service was completed successfully with no damage to vehicle and Mihai in particular is a credit to the business."
