"We had an immobile PHEV (Mitsubishi Outlander) in Cardiff. We were told that the car needed warranty work on the EV battery connector. We were originally lined up for the car to go to Wessex in Bristol. Then it was sent to Gorseinon - to Celtic. The team there had the car over Christmas and New Year. I was told who would be available and what would be done when. The early arrival of the necessary parts enabled the work to be done in the expected time. I was picked up in the car from Gowerton station (I travelled there by train) and 15 minutes after my train arrived I was on the M4 heading for home. Shout-out to Mark and Paul for keeping us informed on progress. Hopefully we shall get a few years trouble free motoring now?"
