"SO FAR SO GOOD! I have just moved garage as I had lost trust in my old one. Its SO important to have trust and respect for the garage that you call your own. A vehicle is not just something that gets you from A to B but something you rely on for safety and your adventures. I have now used ETB for a number of tasks including tire changes, seized break calipers and MOTs on 2 cars and a van. So far I have been helped by 2 team members, Ella on reception and Darren who is the Manager. Ella has been extremely helpful and friendly and considering she doesnt drive seems to know A LOT about cars! Darren has talked me through the issues and explained the work that needs doing. As an Mechanical Engineer I want to understand the work being done and the options that I have, so his willingness to be transparent with me is key. Although 1 of the MOTs through out some painful truths, the repair work was largely anticipated from previous MOT advisories so I have good reason the think they are trustworthy. Thank you team and hopefully dont see you till next years MOTs!"

This week one of my coil springs snapped and the team were able to book me in to inspect same day and repair the next. Ella was fantastic from first query on the phone, to letting me know the likely cause, explaining what needed to be repaired and when it was ready to collect. The car was repaired & ready for pickup before the weekend, very happy with the service and team - all friendly & knowledgeable."
