"We would like to say a massive thank you to the kind lady who helped us after a horrible incident in Chippenham. We were literally run off the road resulting in a shredded tyre. Not only did she stop to check we were ok but she helped us get to ETB where her husband worked. The tyre was changed with the minimum of delay and we were on a way. The police are now involved and all our bruises have faded. Thank you again for everything, you were so kind to us."

"Having driven down from Scotland to visit family, dropped into get my brakes checked, ETB fitted me in the next day, completely stripped the brakes amd cleaned them. Only charged for labour and examined they were dirty and needed a good clean, Other Garages would have charged for new brake pads etc.. Will definately use ETB again when in Chippenham 👌"
