"My first choice to go if I have a problem with my car .The staff are friendly and more than helpful,fantastic service reliable an quick.As a female I'm always dubious about getting ripped off,however I had a problem with my car ,having driving it one morning an hearing a clunk noise come from the rear .so a worried I took it to etcb,although there were extremely busy they checked it throughly over for me ,took it on a test drive an found nothing wrong.i most of driven over something to make that noise.An they did that free of charge.ive never had a problem there reasonable prices an fantastic guys ,highly recommend."
