"Really nice little garage with a great team led by ever friendly manager Luke, who keeps his lads on track and the wheels turning day-to-day. Front of house and reception is managed by the dazzling Alicia (5'4½" on tiptoes) whose smile will warm even the coldest heart. New tester Tyler is meticulous but fair, alerting motorists to any dangerous defects. Eddie in the overalls is rightly known as the bestest welder west of Brum, and young colleague Ben has fingers so nimble he can do your drop links sooner than you can stir your tea! The Ludlow ETB team are an invaluable asset to the town and district and to ETB itself. 👍"
