"I called in this morning to ETB Lydney and was helped by the technician Jack, who is learning his trade. He has great listening skills and got my spare wheel from its holder underneath the vehicle. The puncture was repaired quickly and efficiently. I got a spanner for the nuts which Jack checked to see it was the correct one. Would fully recommend ETB and ask for Jack he is a credit to them"

"We went in for a number plate light not working. Very small issue. We were dealt with immediately. The technician was extremely friendly, accommodating and made sure the issue was resolved before leaving. Bonus that he loved our dog!"

"I took my car here for an mot which it failed, but the people here sorted for me at a very reasonable price. I was already having a bad day and on top of the excellent service re the car, I was asked if I was OK twice and was told if I needed to talk that I could talk with staff privately in a private room out the back and that the offer was there at any time even if I wasn't going in re my car. I was to say the least blown away. I certainly didn't expect such human kindness along with such excellent service. I would highly recommend these guys and girl for your car needs and if you are in need of some lovely human contact. 😊"
