"I got a flat tyre this morning unexpectedly, I called etb and they booked me in short notice for 4pm today, the guy on the phone was very helpful. The service from Josh and Darryl was top notch and they did my tyres perfectly and quickly, very friendly and helpful. However I would be giving 5 stars but the guy on reception that day wasn’t as friendly. To put it simply I was condescended during my whole visit by him. I hadn’t noticed one of my tyres was seriously cracked, the guy started explaining this to me but In a very condescending and sarcastic tone which I did not appreciate. He was very rude when I explained that I had been having issues with my vehicle and that I had spent quite a bit of money on the car. He said and I quote “that’s what you get when you buy a car from Birmingham” He was eating at the front desk and speaking to me at the same time, he went out and started smoking even when customers needed assistance at the front desk. It’s a shame the guy on the front desk service was appalling as a result of this I will not be returning to etb which is a shame as the other guys were really helpful and friendly."

"Excellent service from the guys at ETB Newbury. Booked an interim service through Bookmygarage, got an appt for the following week. Dropped the car off in the morning, got a phone call a couple of hours later to tell me it was all ready to pick up. Mechanic that worked on my car even gave me a little health check of the car free of charge. Recommend"
