"I didn’t think there was people like this in the world anymore I’ve just had a blowout on my tyre i contacted the local garage ETB Stourport, Lee, the manager answered the phone. I explained what had happened and without hesitation he got to me within 10 minutes took my wheel off on the side of the road got it repaired and dropped me back! "Knowing about cars myself after being in the trade for years. My car felt funny to drive yeap I was running nearly on my rim tucked into tesco and got myself to ETB new manager Lee and his area manager sorted it quickly for me. I had booked online for one tyre to be changed today Thursday 15th Jan again lee was brill. His 2nd day in and I'm stressing to get to work 😫. My 2nd visit on his 4th day he took it all in his stride. 4pm only a hr and half to close and people was coming in fast. "Early morning phone call with a problem tyre. Got over here as recommended to avoid rush. Nice set up and folks. Very helpful and problem found.
