"This was an emergency situation needing a vehicle to have a visual rear axle check and for tracking to be measured as part of a difficult decision as to whether to repair a Cat N potential write off. Dropped in on the Monday to explain the situation, called them on the Tuesday to book in and turned up as agreed on the Wednesday. The car went straight on the ramp, the team took all the measurements, advised the tracking needed some small tweaks which they were kind enough to do at the time. I received a print out to show the pre and post. They could not have been more helpful or kinder to a slightly upset older and much loved car owner. Thank you for your decency and kindness."
