"I'd lost my locking wheel nut, not really sure whether it was me, if it wasn't put back when I last had a tyre changed, or whatever, but I was in a real panic as needed to have my car serviced and was then selling it. ETB were really great, searched the car for me and then when we still couldn't find it, they made a new one for me from their box of spares. I'm really appreciative of their help. Very kind and trustworthy garage. They also never patronise me as a woman, like some other garages do"

"Great Service! Rang on Friday afternoon, spoke to Russ for some prices on a set of 4 tyres for my little 03 plate fiesta. I was really busy and asked if he could text me a bunch of options. Text came through 10 minutes later. Ordered them for Monday morning When I got there with the dog they were really busy so I took the pups for a walk over the racecourse, went back an hour later and even though they were really busy they had it done in around an hour. Really good guys in there, great customer service, good price on my Bridgestones. Will definitely be going back! Although my car ain't much they treated me and it with the upmost respect of any other customer. Would recommend 👌🏻"
