"Organised via RAC. He called immediately with an ETA. Arrived on time, very friendly, very professional, very nice guy. The thing that impressed me the most is that Dean gave me a range of options for my tyre - including a simple and relatively inexpensive repair. He did not try and upsell me or pressure me into paying for more expensive options - so very very honest, then. I ended up picking probably the most expensive option, anyway - but I did really appreciate the honesty and quality of service. Thanks Dean!"
