"My daughter hit a pot hole!!! When I called them the lady I dealt with was really friendly and professional, she gave me an estimated timeframe. I received a call from the mobile mechanic 10-15mins before he was getting to the vehicle so I could get myself there (as my daughter had headed off to work!) and the mechanic was friendly, polite, and showed me what had happened to the tyre etc - it took him 30mins to sort it (in the pouring rain!) and payment was made at the roadside. "Unfortunately had a blown out tyre today on the way home. Phoned various other local garages in the area didn’t seem interested in helping. Phoned Horndean tyres and straight away wanted to help. With just over an hour since initial calling, I had one of the lovely technicians come to where I was pulled over, full on tyre change and back on the road to get home within 40 minutes. Can I also just mention the professionalism - I am a younger lady and feel the other garages were not taken me seriously when I was on the middle of nowhere. Horndean tyres did take me seriously and kept me updated Along the way - I know where I will go when I need new tyres in the future!!!! Competitive pricing too! 100% recommend!"
