"Took my car on Tuesday because I had noticed a creaking sound anytime I reversed. I really didn’t think there was an issue but wanted to take it to be safe. They took it in and managed to find the issue was caused by a snapped coil spring and Informed me the parts would be available in the morning and they would get straight on to it. Got a message mid afternoon Wednesday to advise my car was ready. When driving home I did notice a small issue and reported it back to them straight away, they took the car back for me same day, had it inspected and looked over , and returned to me on the Thursday. They were completely honest the whole way through , they explained what had happened after I had collected my car the first time and showed genuine apology to me . I appreciate honesty and this garage is what honesty is all about. Great service, kept updated the whole time and the people that work there are very kind. Thanks for my repair and air freshener and I will see you for my MOT and service ! :) recommend this garage"

"I was unable to get my car booked in for it's MOT as I left it until the last minute. I contacted Indy Motors who were able to book me in within a couple of days. They carried out the MOT as soon as I took it in, and I was able to go back and collect my car an hour later. A few weeks later the bellypan underneath my car dropped down. As I experienced excellent all round service from Indy Motors previously, I had no hesitation contacting them again. I phoned and they booked me in straight away.
