"My local garage gave me an advisory on the last MOT for a damaged rear tyre. Of course being a bloke I ignored this completely and ran into a spot of trouble when the tyre kept Going down. A few calls later and I came across KAM on Ascot Drive. They had a tyre in stock and would fit it the following day. I arrived in the morning, a few minutes past 8am and was welcomed by Phil. My keys were taken and I was given the option to wait of return later. I opted to wait. They have a nice clean waiting area with big glass windows looking out into the workshop. You can keep an eye on the progress of your vehicle if you so desire. Tea and coffee is available, as is their Wi-Fi password. I was advised that the other rear tyre required replacing and asked if I wanted this doing as well - there was no pressure from them for me to do this but as they quoted an excellent price for the original tyre, it was a no-brainier. By 8:40am my car was returned to me. Two nice shiny new tyres. Very quick and prompt service. I’ll definitely be back for my service and MOT. Thanks KAM, nice to see some people take pride in what they do."

"Serviced my car for the first time just before new year and overall the service was okay. However when I got my report over the phone he stated I needed my spark plugs, steering fluid and break fluid changing and that would cost me over £500 which seemed quite steep. Went to collect my car and on arrival when I received my written report the only things wrong with it was a few scratches. Not sure what all the other stuff was about but will not be returning. As a new driver this kind of thing isn’t ideal and my car still keeps telling me I’m due a service when I’m told they are supposed to reset this feature"
