"I very recently just had my car MOT interim service, front brakes and discs, Rear brakes checked and adjusted. All was Absolutely Great. until upon going to collect my Vehicle Mark Handed me my Locking wheel Nut back which was “Broken” my wheels had been put back on leaving me unable to now get my wheels off I had to get another source to take the locking bolts off and but ordinary bolts on at first I was unhappy however mark quickly called me to resolve the issue and compensate me which I was very happy about and respected so much his apology and workmanship was Greatly appreciated and I would Highly recommend Mark to everybody that I know he did go above and beyond Thank you ever so much I will be back."
