VRS Northampton customer reviews
"Mapped my S3 to stage 2 and fixed a haldex fault..smooth transaction.. No Issues"
"Dropped my S3 8P off for some work, had a misfire issue, was very thorough and found the issue. Needed new camshafts, but was happy to have the work done, and all other ancillaries whilst the engine was so open. Really happy with the engine overhaul and will always bringing my Audi back to them. 100% top class workmanship"
"**Updated** Spoken to and visited VRS a couple more times since my initial contact and Jason has been an absolute legend. Sound and friendly advice. Will, Jason and the rest of the gang are always willing to help and listen to concerns. Spoke to Will on the phone who managed to squeeze me in at the last moment. On the phone Will was straight to the point and clearly very knowledgeable about my car's engine. On the day of the visit the gentleman who greeted me was extremely friendly and also very knowledgeable about the engine fitted to my vehicle. This filled me with confidence knowing that my car would be looked after and given the best treatment possible. Work was completed on time and to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. Both Will and the other gentleman (sorry didn't catch his name) took time out to go over the findings and what they would recommend as the next course of action. Would highly recommend VRS performance as they clearly know what they are doing and are passionate about their work."
"Had a great experience at VRS Northampton today I was very shocked 😳 when Jason put my car on the Dyno and he asked me what was you expecting, when he showed me the read out I was so surprised, thanks Jay I will definitely be coming back to you guys, sorry I didn’t get to meet the boss Will maybe he was busy 😂😂😂"
"I did drop my VW GTE to VRS. The car showed a gear selector switch fault, which has been going for quite a while. I brought the car to a VW main dealer, who charged me £160 odd pounds for the diagnosis and then told me the only way to rectify this fault, was to fit a new gear selector switch to the gearbox, which would cost (assuming it was relatively straightforward) around £2500. I did talk to Jason at VRS and explained what was wrong with the car. He told me that this was a quite common problem and that firstly they would try a software update (£148.80) which might well sort it. I brought the car around, they did the update and so far it has worked. I was so impressed with VRS, that even if (fingers crossed) the computer update will not work in the future, I would be very happy for Jason and his colleagues to fix my car. They came across not only competent, but even more importantly honest. Main dealer was hellbent on replacement of the switch, they did not even mention that there might be a software upgrade. Thanks to all at VRS Stefan"
"Had a really good experience with VRS and the entire process, will definitely be returning in the future for any further works which I'll be in the need of, highly recommned"
